96% furnace replacement in a 1926 bungalow

Original mid-efficiency furnace was cracked at the heat exchanger. Replaced with a two-stage condensing furnace, re-piped the gas line and added a proper concentric vent through the rim joist.

·Manual J load calculation showed the old unit was 30% oversized
·New plenum transitions fabricated on site
·Concentric intake/exhaust vent, condensate pumped to floor drain
·Combustion analysis and static pressure documented at commissioning
