Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month and you can cancel any time. Unused tune-ups roll for 12 months.
Can I cover two systems?
Yes — additional systems are added at a reduced rate. A rental property or a second furnace both qualify.
What if my equipment is old?
We'll still maintain it. If it reaches the point where maintenance isn't honest anymore, we'll say so and apply your loyalty credit toward replacement.
Does membership include repairs?
Repairs are discounted, not free. The diagnostic fee is waived and you never pay overtime rates.
